Phase 2 - Maintain

 

Phase 2 - Maintain is the maintenance phase. You take on a journey to maintain the new lifestyle that you have adopted in the previous phase. In this phase, another new Meal Plan will be followed. As with the Phase 1 - Transform program, each day you replace your meals with USANA Foods shakes and bars in line with the new Meal Plan shown below. You will also get to eat PLENTY of fresh fruits and vegetables everyday, and along with the recommended nutritional supplements. You will now re-introduce low to moderately low GI grains, breads, cereal, rice, pasta, and potatoes.

 

You will continue to use the Healthy for Life ANZ Program – the unique online tool that supported you on your journey to a healthy lifestyle from Phase 1. You will continue to reap the excellent benefits of combining a healthy diet, exercise program and optimal cellular nutrition as well as online access to low-GI recipes, daily motivational and weekly training emails.
