Phase 1 - Transform
If you decide to lose some more weight after completing the 5-Day Reset then you may proceed to Phase 1 - Transform. In this phase, a new Meal Plan will be followed. As with the 5-Day Reset program, each day you replace your meals with USANA Foods shakes and bars in line with the new Meal Plan. But unlike the 5-Day Reset you will get to eat PLENTY of fresh fruits and vegetables everyday, and along with the recommended nutritional supplements.
